Communications Specialist, Part-Time Facilities Operations Management Moon Campus
We are looking for two (2) part-time enthusiastic Communications Specialists who can work independently to answer incoming calls/emails from the RMU community as well as receive work order requests. Work orders will be entered into a software system while incoming phone calls will be answered from students, faculty, staff, alumni and visitors and directed to the appropriate departments. Each open position is 20 hours a week. One evening position is available from 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday and the second position is flexible with Saturday hours from 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Advancement Services Liaison Development Moon Campus
The Advancement Services Liaison will report to the Director of Development, Major Gifts and Planned Giving. Primary responsibilities will include managing functions related to supporting the development team; providing fundraising metrics, statistical reports, surveys and Board updates; serving as supervisor of the fundraising database, Raiser's Edge and ResearchPoint; assisting with budget management; and performing research to produce donor prospect profiles.

Title IX Coordinator Planning and Administration Moon Campus
The Title IX Coordinator serves as the institution's key resource in the oversight of compliance efforts consistent with Robert Morris University's Policy on Sexual Misconduct and Relationship Violence; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (Campus Save). The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for assisting and educating the campus community regarding its obligations under Title IX, and serves as the primary internal resource for Title IX complaints.
Utility Worker, Grounds Facilities Management Moon Campus
The position performs manual work in the custodial care of university buildings and parking facilities. In addition, this position will be required to provide support for university athletic events, as well as other events as required. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Facilities Specialist II and/or Facilities Specialist. Maintenance coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during University closings.

The Facilities Specialist serves as the primary coordinator of the workforce for Facilities Services. This position reports to the Assistant Director or Manager, depending on department needs. The incumbent will positively represent the University to all guests and University Staff/Faculty. The Facilities Specialist will provide necessary support service for all internal and external University related events. This position is a working supervisor for grounds, environmental services and event support for Facilities Services. This position will utilize department labor resources to assist in these duties. The position requires a high degree of accountability, ownership for work and ability to complete work within set schedules/quality parameters. This position may be required to work during University closing and delays.
