Position School: School of Business
The Department of Management within the School of Business is seeking qualified applicants with broad expertise in the field of general management with teaching and research interests in Principles of Management, Business Statistics, Entrepreneurship and International Business. The School of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB).
The faculty is expected to teach in the School's graduate and undergraduate programs, conduct scholarly research in his/her discipline as well as provide services to the University community.
RMU offers faculty members an environment where teaching, research and service are supported and valued. Salaries are market competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Anticipated start date is Fall, 2019 and dependent upon final budgetary approval.

Candidates should have an earned Ph.D. in Management or a closely related field from an AACSB accredited institution. Candidates who are ABD may also be considered. The preferred candidate will have teaching and research focused on Business Statistics Entrepreneurship, Human Resource Management, International Business and Principles of Management. Applicants must demonstrate excellence in teaching as well as productivity in research in their discipline. The successful candidate must be qualified as a scholarly academic.
