Donor Relations Assistant Development Moon Campus
The Donor Relations Assistant (DRA) will provide direct fundraising support to the Donor Relations Coordinator by processing donations and receipting donors of the University as well as serving as a resource for data. The DRA must be capable of working independently to determine and set priorities within the gift recording and receipting process. Maturity, tact, sensitivity and understanding donor intent are crucial to insure positive and productive interactions with all donors of the University. The DRA will be an energetic and team oriented individual that is seeking experience in the field of fundraising and data management. This is a part-time, non-benefit eligible position. Hours worked are not to exceed 950 hours annually.
Admissions Assistant, Part-Time Admissions Systems Moon Campus

University Identification System Administrator Facilities Purchasing Moon Campus
Maintain all aspects of the University Photo ID system. This position will assist with customer service and auditing data all while maintaining multiple systems on a daily basis. Access Services Assistant, Part-Time University Library Moon Campus
This position provides administrative and technical support to the Department Head and Access Services Specialist. This is a part-time position not eligible for university benefits. Athletics Compliance Coordinator Athletics Administration Moon Campus
The Compliance Coordinator assists the Associate Director of Athletics – Compliance in administering and monitoring RMU’s day-to-day compliance program, with respect to NCAA, Conference and University rules and regulations. Position will liaise with multiple University offices/departments, including Admissions, Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar/Academic Services, and Residence Life, for the purpose of ensuring compliance with NCAA, Conference and University rules. Position maintains oversight of the student-athlete academic eligibility, athletic aid and institutional reporting process, with assistance from the Associate AD and coordination with necessary University offices/departments.

Specialist, Immigration and International Student Support Services Center for Global Engagement Moon Campus
This position assists the Center for Global Engagement (CGE) in providing support for immigration, international student services and programming. This position serves as the initial contact for F-1 international students, maintains international student records in compliance with federal, state and local regulations, and delivers programming to support international student success. In addition, the position supports the J-1 exchange visitor program and offers assistance, when needed, to the CGE study abroad programs. This position may need to work a varied schedule to include evenings and/or weekends as required.
Environmental Services Technician, Academic Buildings Facilities Environmental Services Moon Campus
The position performs manual work in the custodial care of all university buildings and facilities, including residence halls. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Facilities Specialist II and/or Assistant Directors. Coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during university closings.
Assistant Coach, Women's Track and Field/Cross Country Women's Track and Field Island Sports Center
Responsible for the management and administration of the intercollegiate track and field program within the guidelines, rules and regulations of Robert Morris University, Northeast Conference and the NCAA.
Skate Guard, Part-Time Guest Services Island Sports Center
This position monitors the ice during public skate sessions and ensures skaters skate in a safe manner. Must be 16 years of age or older. Rooney International Visiting Scholar Center for Global Engagement Moon Campus
OPPORTUNITY The Rooney International Visiting Scholar Program offers international scholars the opportunity to spend a semester in residence at Robert Morris University pursuing research, and/ or teaching while interacting with faculty, staff, and students. The Rooney Scholars live on campus in the Rooney House and become part of the campus community. Travel expenses will be provided and well as an automobile for the Scholar’s use (valid driver’s license required). A salary is provided. RMU is currently accepting applications for the Academic Year 2019-20, for Spring 2020 (approximately, January 9-April 29, 2020). Priority Consideration will be given to applications received by: November 15, 2018 for Spring 2020 residence.
Access Services Specialist University Library Moon Campus
Under the supervision of the University Library Dean, the Access Services Specialist oversees the day-to-day operations of the functional areas within the Access Services division. With overall responsibility and accountability for providing planning and direction to several foundational areas within the department, with particular emphasis on ensuring quality service for library users, the Access Services Specialist participates in the development, recommendation, and administration of Access Services’ policies, procedures, and processes. This position supervises full- and part-time staff members as well as Circulation Student Assistants.
