POSITION DEPARTMENT LOCATION
Academic Advising and Enrollment Coordinator, SESS School of Education and Social Sciences Moon Campus
This position is complementing the advising provided by faculty and department heads in SESS with a focus on undergraduate recruitment and retention. The person will help to advise undergraduates, will assist the school in recruitment and career placement activities, and will serve as a point of contact for all SESS students for frequently asked questions and matters of procedure. Work is performed under the supervision of the Dean of the School of Education and Social Sciences (with the assistance of department heads). This position is funded through a grant. Continuation of this position is dependent upon extension of grant funding.
Title IX Coordinator Planning and Administration Moon Campus
The Title IX Coordinator serves as the institution's key resource in the oversight of compliance efforts consistent with Robert Morris University's Policy on Sexual Misconduct and Relationship Violence; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA) and the Campus Sexual Violence Elimination Act (Campus Save). The Title IX Coordinator is responsible for assisting and educating the campus community regarding its obligations under Title IX, and serves as the primary internal resource for Title IX complaints.
Utility Worker, Grounds Facilities Management Moon Campus
The position performs manual work in the custodial care of university buildings and parking facilities. In addition, this position will be required to provide support for university athletic events, as well as other events as required. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Facilities Specialist II and/or Facilities Specialist. Maintenance coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during University closings.

Collegiate Support Coordinator, Research, Retention and Assessment Center For Student Success Moon Campus
The primary function of this position will include analyzing and evaluating research and interpreting data surrounding retention, persistence and student success as well as providing traditional support services for academic, personal, financial and career issues to undergraduate students. Collegiate Support Coordinator, Tutoring Center For Student Success Moon Campus
To provide undergraduate learning support services to new and continuing students in the Center for Student Success. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and students to provide tutoring support to academic programs, undergraduate learning strategies, and student support services. Reference Librarian, Part-Time University Library Moon Campus
The Reference Librarian provides research assistance services to patrons typically during evening and weekend hours and as needed. This position will also periodically assume responsibility for the Library facilities when the Library opens and closes.
Maintenance Worker IV - HVAC Facilities Maintenance Moon Campus
This position performs work under the direction of department management but with a high degree of initiative and independent judgement. This is highly responsible work performing skilled tasks in building HVAC, and related controls systems. This position’s primary expertise will be in HVAC maintenance and building controls maintenance, installations, and design and will act as lead on all Robert Morris University HVAC projects and control system projects. This position ensures that all HVAC systems are properly maintained and are in proper operating condition. Head Coach, Men's D3, Club Ice Hockey Campus Recreation Island Sports Center
Robert Morris University is looking for a Head Coach for their Men’s D3 ACHA Club Ice Hockey Team. The University is a proud member of the ACHA with successful hockey programs at the Men’s D1 and D3 levels, and a newly established D2 program beginning in the 2018-2019 season.

Facilities Specialist Conference and Facility Services Moon Campus
The Facilities Specialist serves as the primary coordinator of the workforce for Facilities Services. This position reports to the Assistant Director or Manager, depending on department needs. The incumbent will positively represent the University to all guests and University Staff/Faculty. The Facilities Specialist will provide necessary support service for all internal and external University related events. This position is a working supervisor for grounds, environmental services and event support for Facilities Services. This position will utilize department labor resources to assist in these duties. The position requires a high degree of accountability, ownership for work and ability to complete work within set schedules/quality parameters. This position may be required to work during University closing and delays.
