The Facilities Specialist serves as the primary coordinator of the workforce for Facilities Services. This position reports to the Assistant Director or Manager, depending on department needs. The incumbent will positively represent the University to all guests and University Staff/Faculty. The Facilities Specialist will provide necessary support service for all internal and external University related events. This position is a working supervisor for grounds, environmental services and event support for Facilities Services. This position will utilize department labor resources to assist in these duties. The position requires a high degree of accountability, ownership for work and ability to complete work within set schedules/quality parameters. This position may be required to work during University closing and delays.

Assistant/Associate Professor of Criminal Justice Social Sciences Moon Campus
The School of Education and Social Science is seeking a full-time tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor of Criminal Justice beginning in Fall, 2018. The Criminal Justice program is a fast-growing major that emphasizes experiential learning coupled with a technical focus on the profession. This includes, but is not limited to, crime analysis, crime mapping, surface through deep web investigations, police ethics, corrections, policing, juvenile delinquency, criminal justice technologies, white-collar crimes, criminal investigations, criminology, criminal law and evidence, and sex crimes. The program also stresses a multi-disciplinary approach, and has research and curricular partnerships with other academic departments on campus, including the Communication and Information Systems department and the Center for Cyber Research and Training.
Maintenance Worker II Facilities Maintenance Moon Campus
This position performs work under the direction of department management. Primary expertise shall include maintenance and repair related to all aspects of campus facilities and areas. This position also requires basic experience regarding HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. This position should be proficient in a variety of basic skills/trades including: carpentry, tile setting, drywall and plaster repair, window and door installation and repair, welding and brazing. This position ensures that buildings are maintained in proper operating condition. Maintenance coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during University closings.
Police Officer University Police Moon Campus
The position provides law enforcement and public safety services to the University community. It is a sworn position and requires the carrying of a firearm.
Director, Finance and Controller Financial Operations Moon Campus
This role’s primary function is to oversee the record keeping and reporting functions for the University, as well as overseeing the operations of the billing and collection, accounts payable, and university purchasing card teams within the Financial Operations department. This position also plays a key roll in preparation of management information including analytical reports, reports, trends, and leading operational indicators. This role will lead in the coordination and preparation for annual audits and will be called upon from time to time to present reports to the Finance Committee and Audit and Risk Committee of the University Board of Trustees. This role is expected to keep their fingers on the pulse of all University activity and to act as a set of eyes and ears in communicating issues, trends, and results as appropriate.
Media Arts Outreach Coordinator, Part-Time Media Arts Moon Campus
The Outreach Coordinator will develop, coordinate and organize outreach activities, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as faculty, regional schools, organizations and media professionals. The successful candidate will work approximately 10 hours per week (on average) throughout the year. This is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. Online Course Instructional Designer, Part-Time Online and Off-Campus Programs Moon Campus
The Online Course Instructional Designer is responsible for partnering in the oversight of the creative direction and project management associated with the development of online courses. This person will also support and work with the subject matter experts designing the courses and the reviewers conducting the review of the courses. This person will comply with RMU’s online course development processes and procedures necessary for a smooth design and delivery process. The Online Course Instructional Designer will work with others in the Department in organizing and conducting training workshops for teaching and learning online. The position performs manual work in the custodial care of University buildings and parking facilities. In addition, incumbents will be required to provide support for University athletic events, as well as other events as required. The Sports Dome Associate works closely with the Director of Golf and Sports Dome and Associate II regarding coordination and processing of facility rentals and supporting various ISC activities, including but not limited to, the Miniature Golf facility, Track & Field facility, programs at the Sports Dome, etc. This position provides superior customer service to all ISC patrons.
