The Media Arts program in the Department of Arts and Humanities is seeking applications for its part-time faculty pool in the following areas: multi-camera and single camera production, graphic design, interaction design, and web design. A masters or terminal degree in any of these fields is required to teach on ground courses on Robert Morris University’s campus in Moon Township, PA.
Admissions Assistant, Corporate Recruitment Admissions - Transfer and Online Moon Campus
This position is responsible for providing support to the Transfer and Online department by working with special student populations, such as, non-traditional students. This position will also work with students taking advantage of RMU’s corporate discounts. Light travel to student recruitment events is required. This is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. Flexible schedule.
Guest Services Associate, Part-Time Guest Services Island Sports Center
The position is responsible for greeting guests as they arrive at the Island Sports Center (ISC). Must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to perform all other duties associated with guest service support.

Women's Hockey Operations Coordinator Women's Hockey Moon Campus
Responsible for the management of all equipment and apparel purchases and game set-up for the women’s hockey program. Works with vendors, coaches and students. Maintains athletic equipment, including repair and upkeep within the guidelines, rules and regulations of Robert Morris University and the NCAA. This position requires responsibilities with team travel which may include hotel, buses, airplane and team meal reservations. This position may also include duties with video editing and video editing systems (such as XOS). Duties will be expanded as required and will be adjusted based on incumbent’s strengths and weaknesses.
Act 101 Grant Program Event Coordinator Center For Student Success and Personal Development Moon Campus
This position reports to the Act 101 Director in the Center for Student Success and Personal Development, serving as Event Coordinator for the Act 101 program, and providing occasional administrative support to the Center for Student Success and Personal Development. Major functions include assisting with planning, developing, and implementing student success programs, including leadership development, study skills, and life-skills programs. This is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 600 per calendar year and approximately 20 hours per week for the 30 weeks of the academic year.

Academic Advising and Enrollment Coordinator, SNEHS School of Nursing, Education and Human Studies Moon Campus
This position is complementing the advising provided by faculty and department head in SNEHS with a focus on undergraduate recruitment and retention. The person will help to advise undergraduates,, will assist the school in recruitment and career placement activities, and will serve as a point of contact for all SNEHS student frequently asked questions and matters of procedure. Work is performed under the supervision of the Dean of the School of Nursing, Education and Human Studies, with the assistance of the department heads. This position is funded through a grant. Continuation of this position is dependent upon extension of grant funding.
Head Coach, Women's D2 Club Ice Hockey Campus Recreation Island Sports Center
The Head Coach, Women’s D2 Club Ice Hockey is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. The University is a proud member of the ACHA with successful hockey programs at the Men’s D1 and D3 levels. The team practices 2-3 times per week and plays games most weekends during the season. There are 3-5 travel weekends during the season which include Fridays.

Sports Dome Associate, Part-Time Sports Dome Island Sports Center
The Sports Dome Associate works closely with the Director of Golf and Sports Dome and Associate II regarding coordination and processing of facility rentals and supporting various Island Sports Center (ISC) activities, including but not limited to, the Miniature Golf facility, Track & Field facility, programs at the Sports Dome, etc. This position provides superior customer service to all ISC patrons.
