Part-Time Faculty-Regional RISE Clinical Instructor-Simulation RISE Center Moon Campus
Under the direction of the Simulation Center Director, the incumbent will be responsible for educational and technical aspects of the Regional Research and Innovation in Simulation Education (RISE) Center. Definition of simulation: “Simulation is a technique—not a technology—to replace or amplify real experiences with guided experiences that evoke or replicate substantial aspects of the real world in a fully interactive manner.” (Gaba, 2004)
Literacy Tutor, Structured Literacy Education Moon Campus
The Structured Literacy Tutor will work directly with children in grades K-12 that are referred to the Center for reading and/or writing tutoring. The Tutor will conduct screenings on all incoming students to determine instructional needs, plan developmentally appropriate instruction based on data, conduct progress monitoring, communicate with parents, and administer all post assessments with clients. The Tutor is responsible for all parent communication and preparation of materials associated with tutoring sessions. The Tutor will keep accurate and timely time sheets and attendance records. Frequent meetings with the Coordinator of the Center will be essential to ensure all students are being serviced properly. This position is partially funded by non-university funds. Position continuation is contingent upon grant renewal or procurement of additional funding sources. This is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis.

Associate Director, Center for Student Success and Personal Development Center For Student Success and Personal Development Moon Campus
As Associate Director, the incumbent plans, develops, and implements student success programs, including leadership development, study skills, and life-skills programs. Serves as the Principal Investigator for the EAB/Student Success Collaborative/Navigate Grant-Funded Project. Works closely with the Center for Innovative Teaching and the Information Technology Department to ensure successful implementation and management of the Navigate/EAB product. The focus is on retention, persistence, and successful graduation of RMU’s undergraduate students. Oversees the First Year Studies Program and the FYSP Seminar Course. Coordinates learning skills programs and monitor student progress. Provides direct assistance to the Senior Director. The Associate Director will manage the supervision of the FYSP Student Mentor staff and maintain responsibility for coordinating and teaching the FYSP and Study Skills courses. Primary functions are to oversee the Student Success Collaborative (EAB), create a cohesive program structure focused on academic success and retention by counseling, advising, supporting, and monitoring first-year and at-risk students.
Environmental Services Technician Facilities Environmental Services Moon Campus
The position performs manual work in the custodial care of all university buildings and facilities, including residence halls. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Facilities Specialist II and/or Assistant Directors. Coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during university closings.

Counselor-In-Residence Counseling Center Moon Campus
The Counselor-In-Residence (CIR) is an embedded position in the RMU residential community reporting to the Counseling Center. The CIR lives in an on-campus apartment and is responsible for establishing and maintaining a counseling and training service presence in the campus residential community, conducting individual and group counseling, diagnostic and crisis assessment and intervention, and addressing stigma and barriers to seeking counseling and therapy services. The CIR works collaboratively with the Office of Residence Life, Center for Student Success and Personal Development, Office of Student Involvement, the UPMC MyHealth@School Center, and the Dean of Students Office to provide training of professional and paraprofessional staff and meeting the clinical and programmatic needs of the residents. The CIR conducts and evaluates psychoeducational, health and wellness, and topic specific workshops in the residential community, and serves as the JED Campus Advisor and the Unpack U Ambassador.
Graduate Admissions Manager Admissions - Graduate Moon Campus
This is a counselor position within the Admissions Department responsible for the recruitment of graduate students at Robert Morris University. Under the direct supervision of the Director of Transfer, Online and Graduate Admissions, this position is responsible for enrollment of domestic and international graduate students and current RMU students pursuing an accelerated bachelor's to master's degree through various means of communication, coordinating and conducting of interviews and campus visits, and educating students on specific programs and the application, registration and financial aid processes.

The Career Center Coordinator supports the leadership of the Career and Professional Development Center (CPDC) and the Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations and Strategic Initiatives in fulfilling the Center’s mission of developing strategic partnerships with employers to fulfill their talent acquisition needs and in creating innovative employment, internship and other professional development opportunities for the University’s career-ready students. The Coordinator administers the Academic Internship Program (AIP) and other career development educational initiatives, and maintains the Center’s online registration, job posting, on-campus recruiting, and event management system. This position assists in the planning, organizing and execution of all on-campus and remote recruiting activities for employers including career fairs, campus visits, and workshops. Maintaining strong relationships with employers, corporate partners, students and internal departments is essential. Also the position provides the overall administrative support for the CPDC including regular office duties, coordination of the office’s student workers, compiling of all statistical information for required reporting, and other duties as needed.
