Postdoctoral Researcher in Computational Biomechanics Engineering Moon Campus
The Injury Biomechanics Laboratory at Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh, PA has one position open for a Postdoctoral Researcher in the area of computational biomechanics. This position will involve the development of high-fidelity finite element head models and the design of computational studies to advance our understanding of both blunt impact and blast-induced traumatic brain injury. This research is part of a large interdisciplinary research collaboration focused on the detection and prevention of traumatic brain injuries and involves multiple universities, industrial partners, and national labs.
Assistant Coach, Men's/Women's Cross Country and Women's Track and Field Women's Track and Field Moon Campus
Robert Morris University, an NCAA Division I institution and member of the Horizon League, is seeking a highly motivated individual for the full-time position of assistant men’s/women's cross country and assistant women’s indoor/outdoor track and field (distance running) coach. Duties and responsibilities include planning and coaching practices, instructing student-athletes in sport performance and related health and fitness, assisting with recruiting, and scouting, assisting with monitoring student-athletes academic needs, and other administrative duties. Candidates must be able to organize and handle all aspects of administration and adhere to the intercollegiate men’s cross country and intercollegiate women’s track and field guidelines, rules and regulations of Robert Morris University, the Horizon League, and the NCAA.

The Massey Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation is searching for an ideal candidate to serve as the Administrative Assistant to the Director. The Administrative Assistant provides crucial support to the daily operations of the Massey Center and the RMU entrepreneurial community. They will play a hands-on role in assisting the coordination of the Center’s programming, communicating with key stakeholders, and managing the Center's general administrative tasks. Part-Time Faculty-Media Arts ARTM1015 Arts and Humanities Moon Campus
Faculty needed to teach ARTM1015 - Digital Foundations: This course introduces students to fundamental intersections of art, design and technology. In a studio environment, which includes lecture, discussion and critique, students will explore several methods and techniques of digital production and distribution to create 2D and 3D artifacts that are informed by the principles of art and design. Students will employ and manipulate analog as well as digital source materials and processes to better understand how media can move seamlessly from one form to another and produce successful solutions to design problems.

Environmental Services Technician Facilities Environmental Services Moon Campus

Work is performed under the general supervision of the Facilities Specialist II and/or Assistant Directors. Coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during university closings.

The Assistant Coach, Women's D2 Club Ice Hockey is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. The University is a proud member of the ACHA with successful hockey programs at the Women's D2 level. The team practices 2-3 times per week and plays games most weekends during the season. There are 3-5 travel weekends during the season which include Fridays. Preference is for the coach to attend all practices and games.
Sports Dome Associate, Part Time Sports Dome Island Sports Center
Work at RMU Island Sports Golf Dome as well as at the mini golf course when needed.
