Administrative Assistant Facilities Strategic Sourcing and Operations Moon Campus
The Administrative Assistant performs administrative and secretarial functions for Facilities Management. Performs general duties and is responsible for executive and board level meetings including coordination and minutes in support of the VP/VP’s management team, and the SVP for Business Affairs. Serves as liaison between internal units and external agencies. Responsible on a daily basis for ensuring the smooth operation of the office, as well as providing administrative support to the Vice President and the VP’s management team. Work performed under the direction of the Vice President and Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing and Facilities Operations. Oversees and/or participates in the coordination and completion of special projects and events as requested. May serve on a variety of committees in a support capacity.
Associate Director, Creative Services & Media Relations Athletics Media Relations Moon Campus

Senior Category Manager Facilities Strategic Sourcing and Operations Moon Campus
The Senior Category Manager is responsible for creating and driving strategic sourcing. The incumbent acts as strategic partner interfacing at the executive level. Provides leadership in category spend strategy/plans, strategic sourcing and other procurement processes such as supplier relationship management, spend performance management, compliance management, internal spend analysis and recommendations, and category oversight. Collaborates with key stakeholders on sourcing events as well as development of and implementation of annual and multi-year category strategies in order to achieve category goals and procurement strategies. This position has significant contributions to financial and enterprise risk mitigation responsibilities. Reports to the Senior Director, Strategic Sourcing and Facilities Operations.
Maintenance Worker IV - HVAC Facilities Maintenance Moon Campus
This position performs work under the direction of department management but with a high degree of initiative and independent judgement. This is highly responsible work performing skilled tasks in building HVAC, and related controls systems. This position’s primary expertise will be in HVAC maintenance and building controls maintenance, installations, and design and will act as lead on all Robert Morris University HVAC projects and control system projects. This position ensures that all HVAC systems are properly maintained and are in proper operating condition. Maintenance coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during University closings.

Assistant Coach, Men's D1 Club Ice Hockey Campus Recreation Island Sports Center
The Assistant Coach, Men’s D1 Club Ice Hockey is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. The university is a proud member of the ACHA with successful hockey programs at the Men’s D1, D3, and D4 levels, and Women's D2 ACHA. The team practices 2-3 times per week and plays games most weekends during the season. There are 3-5 travel weekends during the season which include Fridays. Preference is for the coach to attend all practices and games.
