The Manager – Budgets and Grants supports the Finance & Accounting department by providing leadership and oversight for the university’s budgeting, financial planning, and grant administration processes. This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all budget development, monitoring, and reporting activities, while coordinating financial analyses that guide strategic and operational decision-making. The manager also oversees the fiscal administration of externally funded grants—ensuring adherence to institutional, sponsor, and regulatory requirements—and serves as a key resource to academic and administrative units. Through effective collaboration, data-driven insights, and strong financial stewardship, the position advances the university’s financial sustainability and supports its academic and research missions.
Director, Center for Student Success Center For Student Success Moon Campus
The Director of the Center for Student Success (CSS) oversees the CSS staff members and the department’s programs and initiatives that help support the University’s retention and persistence initiatives and goals. The Director oversees services and programs which include academic advising for undergraduate students, the First Year Studies Program, Tutoring Center, and Student Accessability Services. This position also works closely with the Information Technology Department to ensure successful implementation and management of the EAB Navigate product and other student success technology initiatives with a primary function to create a cohesive program structure focused on academic success and retention by counseling, advising, outreach efforts, registration support, and monitoring activities of all undergraduate students. The Director works alongside other managers within the Solution Central operation at the University to provide broad-based student-centered services to meet the personal, professional, social, and educational needs of our students.
Academic Advisor and Retention Specialist Center For Student Success Moon Campus
The Academic Advisor and Retention Specialist position at Robert Morris University is a team member within the Center for Student Success. As a member of the Center for Student Success Team, this student-centered position supports undergraduate recruitment and retention initiatives across programs in the assigned areas. Primary responsibilities include academic advising, participating in recruitment initiatives and activities, providing oversight to several key technology based retention strategies, and serving as a point of contact for undergraduates with specific departments and programs. Work is performed under the supervision of the Director of the Center for Student Success and includes collaboration with Academic Department Heads and/or other program personnel.
Academic Advisor and University Tutoring Services Coordinator Center For Student Success Moon Campus
The Academic Advisor and University Tutoring Services Coordinator at Robert Morris University oversees the peer tutoring program. This position works directly to recruit, hire, train, and maintain a team of peer tutors at RMU who provide on-ground tutoring services to all students. This individual collaborates with academic departments on campus to ensure tutors are qualified students with the most accurate materials for tutoring. This position will also serve as an Academic Advisor by providing academic program advisement to assigned undergraduate students. This position also serves as the Center for Student Success representative for new Transfer Student events and initiatives on an as needed basis.

Environmental Service Technician - ISC Operations, ISC Island Sports Center
The position performs manual work in the custodial care of all university buildings and facilities, including residence halls. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Environmental Services. Coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during university closings. Rate of Pay: $16.75/hour All full-time employees are eligible for 100% paid tuition at RMU.

Producer, University Events Information Technology Moon Campus
This position is responsible for coordinating and delivering live productions for Athletics and other campus events. This includes gathering requirements, developing an event plan, setup of the appropriate audio and video equipment, execution of the event plan, and strike of the appropriate equipment. This position reports to the Manager of Event Technology for assistance with equipment planning, setup and teardown. This position requires a flexible schedule, with the majority of events occurring on evenings and weekends. The position is responsible for assisting with the recruiting and training of student and part-time employees for events and has overall responsibility for the success of the events they are responsible for.

The Testing Center Proctor will be assist students, faculty, and staff with the academic accommodation testing needs within the Center for Student Success and the Student Accessability Services (SAS) Testing Center. SAS provides proctoring services for students who are registered with our office and have approved testing accommodations. This position works a set weekday schedule according to the university's academic calendar and Testing Center operation. This is a part-time, not benefit eligible position limited to no more than 950 hours per year and generally no more than 29 hours per week on a regular basis.

The Manager will assist with research, development, recommendation, and implementation of departmental and University policies and procedures related to physical and technical security (access/key control). The Manager is to perform skilled installation and service for a wide range of locksmith, electronic access control systems, and ADA door systems. This position is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and maintenance of all the University’s key, lock, door, access control, and ADA equipment. This includes standard mechanical key and electronic card access equipment that is essential to the security of the physical environment. The position assists in the development and implementation of the key and access policy and oversees key distribution, inventory and reconciliation. The individual will issue and account for keys and use portable devices to program electronic and electro-mechanical locksets.
