This position also works closely with the Information Technology Department to ensure successful implementation and management of the EAB Navigate product and other student success technology initiatives with a primary function to create a cohesive program structure focused on academic success and retention by counseling, advising, outreach efforts, registration support, and monitoring activities of all undergraduate students.
