INTERCOLLEGIATE ATHLETICS WOMEN'S SOCCER STUDENT MANAGER Women's Soccer Moon Campus
The Robert Morris University Women's Soccer Team is looking for outgoing and qualified candidates who would like the opportunity to be actively involved with RMU Athletics and its women's soccer program as their student manager. He/she will work with the coaching staff and will assist in daily operations of the team. The purpose of this internship is to develop an understanding of how the intercollegiate athletic programs operate. This position gives the student a chance to learn team operations from the ground up, learning all facets and gaining insight of how to successfully operate a program. Students will work daily with coaches, athletes and administrative staff and will develop working relations and learn how to interact on a professional basis within the parameters of the department. This is an ideal position for the student, of any major, who have a desire to work in intercollegiate athletics upon graduation. Students will be able to apply knowledge learned in the classroom, to everyday aspects of the position. Students will be instructed on the sports best practices and will be instructed on how who do the laundry, including a specific instructions regarding sorting, pre-treating stains, proper laundry loads, laundry loops, proper drying process and more. This position may qualify for SET Transcript credits if it meets applicable criteria.
Graduate Assistant - Office of Residence Life Office of Residence Life Moon Campus
The RMU Office of Residence Life (ORL) is recruiting a graduate assistant (GA) to serve as an on-call team member / program assistant. The GA will live in an on-campus apartment to serve as a resource for residential students, serving in the on-call duty rotation for the ORL. The GA will also work closely with ORL staff and community advisors (CAs) to develop an environment in the residence hall community that is conducive to academic success, intellectual growth, and social development. This is an excellent opportunity for graduate students interested in student affairs, higher education, or mental health to gain experience with mental health response, crisis management, and wellness promotion practices in an on-campus setting. Additionally, this position provides an opportunity for building skills in leadership, student engagement, and community outreach. The ideal candidate needs to be a collaborative, student‐oriented, and reliable individual. Extensive training will be provided prior to beginning work. A successful candidate will begin their contract June 1 and may be able to continue in their position following an annual performance review, as long as they are still enrolled in a graduate program.
Thrive Educator 2025-2026 Counseling Center Moon Campus
The Thrive Educator will work with the Counseling Center to develop and implement educational and awareness programming focused on mental health, substance abuse, sexual assault and other topics relevant to the Counseling Center.
Assistant Athletic Director, Corporate Sponsorships and Sales Athletics Administration Moon Campus
Responsible to conceptualize and execute on sales and sponsorship programs that maximize profit margins and revenue targets. Direct the development of a comprehensive external plan for revenue generation for corporate partnerships with emphasis on revenue production and image enhancement. This includes identifying potential corporate partners, developing proposals, and securing contracts for all sports within the department of athletics. Responsible for strategic development and enhancement of partner relationships; leveraging and advertising of the department; strategizing and analyzing techniques to advance corporate involvement and sales; and identifying key decisions and opportunities to promote and enhance the ability to reach long-term goals. Reports directly to the senior associate athletics director for development.
Custodian - Moon Campus Facilities Environmental Services Moon Campus
The position performs manual work in the custodial care of all university buildings and facilities, including residence halls. Work is performed under the general supervision of the Senior Manager of Environmental Services. Coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. This position may be required to work as scheduled during university closings. Rate of Pay: $16.75/hour. All full-time employees, spouses, and dependent children are eligible for 100% paid tuition at RMU.
Group Fitness Instructor Campus Recreation Moon Campus
Provide safe, appropriate group exercise class instruction for participants of all ages and fitness levels, including students, faculty, and staff by adhering to teaching methods and modalities accepted as safe and appropriate by Campus Recreation and industry professionals/governing bodies that Campus Recreation promotes.
Operations Associate, Ice Operations, ISC Island Sports Center
This position is located at the RMU Island Sports Center (ISC). This duties of the position require manual labor and semi-skilled work in the care of the ISC. This position is considered essential and is required to report to work as scheduled during University closings. This is a part-time, non-benefit position limited to 950 hours per calendar year or generally no more than 29 hours per week.
HVAC - Maintenance Worker IV Facilities Maintenance Moon Campus
This position performs work under the direction of department management but with a high degree of initiative and independent judgment. This is highly responsible work performing skilled tasks in building HVAC, and related controls systems. This position’s primary expertise will be in HVAC maintenance and building controls maintenance, installations, and design and will act as lead on all Robert Morris University HVAC projects and control system projects. This position ensures that all HVAC systems are properly maintained and are in proper operating condition. Maintenance coverage is 24/7 – 365 days/year and overtime may be necessary to accomplish work assignments and/or shift coverage. Vacations (PTO) approval may be limited during peak activity periods. ACT 101 Student Event Program Assistant Center For Student Success Moon Campus
The Student Event Program Assistants are returning students who assist the Act 101 staff with events and manage the Act 101 program. Duties include inventorying the Act 101 Lending Library and helping to maintain Act 101 files. Student Event Program Assistants are asked to assist with planning and operating student social programming and academic skill-building workshops.
Assistant Coach, Men's D3 Club Ice Hockey Campus Recreation Island Sports Center
The Assistant Coach, Men’s D3 Club Ice Hockey is a part-time position not eligible for University benefits. Work hours are limited to 950 per calendar year and less than 29 hours per week on a regular basis. The University is a proud member of the ACHA with successful hockey programs at the Men’s D1 and D3 levels. The team practices 2-3 times per week and plays games most weekends during the season. There are 3-5 travel weekends during the season which include Fridays. Preference is for the coach to attend all practices and games.

Individuals will be responsible for assisting game day staff with video streaming of the event. He/she will work closely with the Video Coordinator in establishing the best methods for streaming the events.

This position reports to the Director of Football Operations and the Director of Video Operations. The Football Video Support Assistant This individual will be responsible for assisting with the daily video operations of the football program.
