Overview:
This role will assist with the daily administrative operations primarily of the student financial service office and will also assist in account payable.
Responsibilities:
- Will assist with the weekly check runs and entry of various invoices.
- Will reconcile monthly statements and assist with year end closing of accounts payable.
- Will perform work related to the 1099 process and other projects as needed.
- Will be responsible for entry and maintenance of the miscellaneous scholarships receive for students.
- Will answer questions from students and parents related the student’s account.
- Will be responsible for processing departmental payments and compiling all payments received for a deposit.
- They will perform work related to other projects as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Two plus years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in financial information systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Customer service/student focused.
